Village Idiot Technologies was founded by Dylan Williams, a Napa Valley IT professional with 19+ years of experience managing technology for hotels, wineries, restaurants, and nonprofits across wine country.
Before IT, Dylan spent years behind the bar. That background shapes how we work — we understand that a network outage at 7pm on a Saturday isn't an inconvenience. It's a crisis.
